Vicky Lynn (Small) BontragerVicky Lynn (Small) Bontrager, 61 of Kokomo died at 9:00 p.m. on Thursday, August 18, 2016 at Golden Living in Kokomo.  She was born on August 31, 1954 in Tipton to Robert L. & Margaret Ann (Townsend) Small.Vicky was a homemaker.  She is survived by her mother Margaret of Tipton and her father Bob of Kokomo; three children, Rashawn (Oakes) Osborne and Chad Oakes of Kokomo and Megan Havoilan of Avon; three brothers, Glenn Small and wife Helen, Science Hill, Kentucky, Stanley Small and wife Sheila, Kewanna, Indiana and James Small, Kokomo; five grandchildren including Austin, Tyecha and Kyle and one great-grandchild, Makiha.  She was preceded in death by one brother, Thomas Small.Vicky is also survived by her aunts and uncles, Emmanell Dunn, Tipton, Jim Small and wife Marilyn, Lebanon, Susie Fulton and husband Danny, Kokomo, Shirley Bush, Kansas, Debbie Bennington, Tipton and Mary Pratt, Washington, Indiana.No services are planned.  Young-Nichols Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.  Memorial contributions may be made to the Kokomo Humane Society, 713 N.
