Terry Robinson

Terry A. RobinsonTerry Allen Robinson, 63 of Tipton died at 12:57 p.m. on Monday, January 13, 2014 at Indiana University Hospital in Indianapolis.  He was born on December 19, 1950 in Tipton to Willis and Rosemary (Terry) Robinson.  On July 2, 1972 Terry married Donna Ploughe and she survives.Terry worked at Steel Parts for 41 years as a maintenance journeyman.  He was a member and Deacon at Normanda Christian Church and a Tipton High School graduate in the Class of 1969.  Terry was a former member of the Quarter Milers Auto Club, loved drag racing and working on cars. He also enjoyed working on jig- saw puzzles, and spending time with his family.Survivors besides his wife Donna include his mother Rosemary of Tipton; two children, Scott Robinson and wife Charlene, Tipton; Andrew Robinson and wife Bre, Sharpsville; one brother; Randy Robinson, Elwood; five sisters, Brenda Shaffer and husband Jake, Bunker Hill,  Kelly Gullion and husband Todd, Atlanta, Jennifer Colter and husband Jeff, Kokomo, Melanie Yundt and husband Rod, Windfall, and Lori Miller and husband Scott, Sharpsville.  Terry was preceded in death by his father Willis Robinson.Funeral services will be at 11:00 a.m. Friday, January 17 at Normanda Christian Church with Steve Brown presiding.  Burial will follow in Normanda Cemetery. Visitation will be from 2:00 - 8:00 p.m. Thursday and 10:00 - 11:00 a.m. Friday, all at the church.Memorial contributions may be made to the Normanda Christian Church, 8019 W.
