Terry K. Ploughe, 72 of Tipton died at 9:14 p.m. on Friday, November 7, 2014 at Riverview Hospital, Noblesville. He was born February 22, 1942 in Tipton County to Maurice & Velma (Findling) Ploughe. On September 14, 1963 he married Loretta Odle and she survives.
Terry was a life-long farmer. He was a 1960 graduate of Tipton High School and attended East Union Christian Church. He loved antique tractors and was a past president for 22 years of the Mid-America Threshing and Antique Show. He was an avid collector, especially of farm equipment, tractors and horse-drawn equipment. Terry was involved with the Indiana State Fair Pioneer Village.
Survivors besides his wife include two daughters, Lori Mauck and husband Tim, Tipton, and Lynn Molden and husband Monte, St. Genevieve, Missouri; two sisters, Jane Dellinger and husband Jerry, Michigan and Donna Robinson, Tipton; one sister-in-law, Judy Ploughe, Tipton.
Terry is also survived by four grandchildren, Trey & Chad Mauck, Kaul Molden and Brittany (Molden) Rawlings. He was preceded in death by one brother, Jim Ploughe.
Terry's funeral will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday, November 12 at East Union Christian Church with Rev. Rex Dunning presiding. Burial will follow in Normanda Cemetery. Visitation will be from 4:00 – 8:00 p.m. on Tuesday, also at the church.
