Robert Losey

Robert LoseyRobert “Pappy Bob” Losey 82 years old, formerly from Tipton, passed away July 9, 2014. Proceeded him are his parents Harold and Edna (Off) Losey, sister Jo Ann Lord and former wife Ilene.He retired from GM Delco in 1982, served in the U.S. Army and was stationed in France. Bob loved fishing, golf, playing cards and family parties - especially if they had chicken and pasta. He was a life time member of Moose Lodge 1590 and American Legion Post 46 in Tipton.Survived by wife Nancy, son David (Mary Ann), four step-sons Hal (Amy) Hoover, David, Dominic, Joe (Pam) Palumbo, three step-daughters Gina (Chris) Stone, Teresa (Tom) Sanfillipo, Toni Millay, 19 grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren.The family will receive friends from 1:00 - 2:30 p.m. on Saturday, July 19 at Young-Nichols Funeral Home with a graveside service at 2:45 p.m. at Fairview Cemetery with Pastor Kevin Carr presiding.In lieu of flowers please make a donation to the American Cancer Society.
