Phillip E. Ziegler

Phillip E. Ziegler, 77 of Tipton died at 6:00 a.m. on Tuesday, March 20, 2018 at Miller’s Merry Manor in Tipton. He was born in Tipton on October 16, 1940 to Elmer W. and Anna M. (Funke) Ziegler.

Phil was a member of St. John the Baptist Catholic Church in Tipton.

He is survived by siblings, Mildred Ziegler of Tipton, Kenneth Ziegler of Tipton, Raymond Ziegler of Tennessee, Kathy Williams of Tipton and a special friend from the F.O.P. Butch Groover.

The funeral mass will be at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday, March 24, at St. John the Baptist Catholic Church with Rev. Dennis Goth presiding   Burial will follow at St. John’s Catholic Cemetery in Tipton.  Visitation will be on Friday from 3:00 – 6:00 p.m. at Young-Nichols Funeral Home with a Rosary being recited at 5:00 p.m.
