Patricia L. MullinsPatricia L. Mullins, 76, Fort Wayne, and a former Tipton resident, died at 4:50 a.m. Thursday, December 24, 2009 at Canterbury Nursing and Rehabilitation in Fort Wayne. She was born August 12, 1933 in Tipton to Charles O. & Laura (Van Briggle) Mullins. Pat had worked as a teacher.No services are planned. She will be buried with her parents in Fairview Cemetery in Tipton.
