Mildred E. Bible

Mildred Eilene BibleMildred Eilene Bible, 91 of Tipton and formerly of Lafayette, died at 12:30 a.m. Saturday, October 3, 2009  at Millers Merry Manor.  She was born in Frankfort on November 24, 1917 to Newton and Eva (Albaugh) Wray.  She married Enoch A. Bible on September 19, 1937, and he survives.Mildred was a homemaker and she had frequently worked at the frozen custard stand.  She belonged to a sewing club while living in Lafayette.Survivors include her husband, one son David Lee Bible and wife Martina, Tipton, one brother, Jim Wray and wife Brenda of Norfolk, VA, four grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.  She was preceded in death by one son, Daniel Wray Bible, one brother and three sisters.Funeral services will be 11:00 a.m. Wednesday, October 7 at  at Brady Lane Church of Christ in Lafayette with Rev. Bill Overbay presiding.  The family will receive friends at the church from 10:00 a.m. -11:00 a.m. Wednesday prior to the service.  Burial will follow at Rest Haven Cemetery, Lafayette.Memorial contributions may be made to West Street Christian Church, 132 N.
