Michael Lynn ThatcherMichael Lynn Thatcher, 63 of Tipton died Monday January 21, 2008, at 10:40 a.m. at Riverview Hospital in Noblesville.  He was born in Kokomo on May 10, 1944 to Albert and Ruby (Conwell) Thatcher.  He married Sue Landseadel July 6, 1974 and she survives.Michael worked as a tool maker for Chrysler and Delco.  He was active in the genealogy of the Thatcher, Conwell, Landseadel, and Jarrett families.  Michael raised and showed Newfoundland dogs, attended Purdue University, was a U.S.A. swimming judge, also being very involved in his daughter Kimberly’s sports and activities.Survivors include his wife Sue, one daughter Kimberly S. Thatcher, Tipton; one sister, Joyce Yager of Kokomo; nieces & nephews Jill and Doug Tellefson, Kokomo, Jeff and Trina Yager and sons Jacob and Tommy of Kokomo.  Other family includes his Mother-in-Law, Mary Landseadel of Tipton, brothers-in-law & sisters-in-law Jeff & Laura Strebin of Windfall, Julia Tragesser of Tipton, and Hal & Sue Landseadel of Search Light, Nevada.  Other nieces & nephews include Britney Strebin, Windfall, Brian & Marci Strebin and family, Lafayette, Ann & Dennis Tina and family, Tipton, Chris & Christy Tragesser and family, Atlanta, Phillip and Kris Tragesser and family, Atlanta, Christine Tragesser, Tipton, Jeff & Sherry Landseadel and family, Tipton, and Jennifer Landseadel, Tipton.The funeral service will be at 2:00p.m Thursday January 24, 2008 at Young- Nichols Funeral Home in Tipton with Rev.
