Mary L. Landseadel

Mary L. LandseadelMary L. Landseadel, 87, Tipton, died at 9:48 p.m. Monday, May 25, 2009 at Tipton Hospital.  She was born July 18, 1921 in Tipton to Oscar & Nina (Elsberry) Jarrett.  On October 25, 1941 she married George F. Landseadel and he preceded her in death in August 1984.Mary was a homemaker and a member of the Kemp United Methodist Church in Tipton.She is survived by three daughters and one son, Julia Tragesser, Tipton, Sue Thatcher and her late husband Mike, Tipton, Hal Landseadel and wife Susan,  Searchlight, Nevada, and Laura Strebin and husband Jeff, Windfall; nine grandchildren, Ann Tragesser Tina, Chris Tragesser, Philip Tragesser, Christina Tragesser, Jeff Landseadel, Jenny Landseadel, Kimberly Thatcher, Brian Strebin, and Britney Strebin: nine great-grandchildren.  She was preceded in death by one brother, John Jarrett.Mary's funeral will be at 11:00 a.m. Friday, May 29 at Young-Nichols Funeral Home, Tipton, with Rev. Kevin Carr presiding.  Burial will follow in Fairview Cemetery, Tipton.  Visitation will be from 4:00 - 8:00 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home.Memorial contributions may be made to the charity of the donor's choice.
