Marjorie R. MasseyMarjorie Ruth Massey, age 92, loving wife, mother, grandmother, and great grandmother peacefully passed away on August 30, 2014 surrounded by her devoted family.  Marjorie was born May 25,1922 in Tipton, Indiana to the late Fred and Lela Moeller.  She married her husband, Jerald, in 1946 with whom she recently celebrated their 68th wedding anniversary.Before marrying Jerald, Marjorie worked at Delco Remy and later at Don Ross/Gene Foust Motors.  She retired after 24 years as head bookkeeper.  Marjorie was a lifetime member of Emanuel Lutheran Church where she was active in Ladies Aide.  After retirement, Marjorie served as a hospital hospitality volunteer and was active in Bible study.  She was an avid reader, enjoyed playing bridge, and was a lover of dogs.Marjorie is survived by her husband, Jerald, one son, David Massey (Lynn), Goodyear, Arizona, three daughters, Kathy Ireland (Philip), Indianapolis, Marsha Martin (John), Tipton, and Julianne Haller (Gordon)Boise, Idaho, nine grandchildren, Meredith McGuire, (Matt), Abigail Weidner (Kevin), Trad Ireland, Kyle Ireland, John Martin, Cody Martin, Matt Haller (Katie), Drew Haller (Allie), Kaitlyn Shuey (Jason), and six great-grandchildren, Gavin, Owen, Evelyn, Izzy, Teddy, and Charlie.Services will be held at Emanuel Lutheran Church in Tipton at 1:00 p.m. on Wednesday, September 3, with Pastor Rob Roloff presiding. Visitation will be from 11:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m. Wednesday at the church, prior to the service.  Burial will be at the Fairview  Cemetery in Tipton.  Memorial contributions may be made to Emanuel Lutheran Church Memorial Fund, 1385 S.
