Marcia L. PayneMarcia Lynn (Tuck) Payne, 51, Atlanta died at 7:02 p.m. Monday, September 20, 2010 at Tipton Hospital.  She was born September 21, 1958 in Muncie to Floyd R. & Diana (Davis) Tuck and grew up in the Muncie area.  On April 20, 1985 she married Silas Lee Payne and he survives.Marcia worked as an accounting clerk.  She attended Rock Prairie Baptist Church in Tipton and was a 1977 graduate of Tipton High School.Survivors besides her husband Lee include her parents, Floyd R. and Diana Tuck, Tipton; two sisters, Tina Head, Tipton and Mary Gettle, New Port Richey, Florida.Marcia's funeral will be at 11:00 a.m. Friday, September 24 at Rock Prairie Baptist Church, 421 Ash Street, Tipton with Rev. Kevin Carr presiding.  Burial will follow in Fairview Cemetery.  Visitation will be from 4:00 - 8:00 p.m. Thursday at Young-Nichols Funeral Home and from 10:00 - 11:00 a.m. Friday at the church.Memorial contributions may be made to Tipton County Relay for Life, 2723 S. Albright Road, Kokomo, Indiana, 46902.
