Lucy G. MoellerLucy G. Moeller, 94 of Tipton died on Wednesday, January 22, 2014 at Miller Merry Manor, Tipton.  She was born November 1, 1919 in Kempton to Joseph Milroy & Ethel Blanche (McIntire) Ploughe.  She married Herbert F. Moeller on January 20, 1946 and he preceded her in death on January 17, 2010 after 64 years of wonderful marriage.She retired from J.C. Penney in 1984.  Lucy was a member of the Normanda Christian Church.She is survived by two daughters, Kristy Moeller Ottinger and husband David, Greenville, Tennessee, Cynthia Smith and husband Mark, Westfield, Indiana; five grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.  She was preceded in death by two brothers and one sister.Funeral services will be at 10:00 a.m. on Monday, January 27, at Young-Nichols Funeral Home with Rev. Mark Liebert presiding.  Burial will follow in Normanda Cemetery.  Visitation will be from 2:00 - 5:00 p.m. on Sunday, January 26 at the funeral home.Memorial donations may be made to Johnson Bible College, 7900 Johnson Drive, Knoxville, Tennessee, 37998.
