Julia Ann Koskamp

Julia Ann KoskampJulia Ann (Cox) Koskamp, 61, Franklin, Tennessee, died at 3:15 p.m. on Wednesday, December 31, 2008 at her residence.  She was born in Elwood on November 16, 1947 to Robert H. and Edell W. (Walz) Cox.  She married John G. Koskamp on April 30, 2005 and he survives.She worked in electronic assembly in the communications field.   Julia was a member of Berry's Chapel Church of Jesus Christ in Franklin.  She was also a member of the Moose Lodge, the American Legion, the Eagles, and the V.F.W, all in Sarasota, FL.Besides her husband John, Julia is also survived by her two brothers, Kenny Cox and wife Nancy of Tipton, and Bill Cox and wife Joan of North Vernon, Indiana; several nieces and nephews.  She was preceded in death by an infant brother, Richard Allen Cox. A special thank you goes to David Rhoades, a dear friend.Her funeral will be at 10:00 a.m. Wednesday, January 7 at Young-Nichols Funeral Home with Rev. Garvin Claiborne presiding.  Burial will follow in Fairview Cemetery, Tipton.  Visitation will be from 4:00 - 8:00 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home.Memorial contributions may be made to the Happy Tales Animal Shelter, 230 Franklin Road, Franklin, Tennessee, 37064.
