Jesse L. ReederJesse L. Reeder, 77 of Tipton died at 10:10 a.m. on Tuesday, July 19, 2011 at his residence.  He was born October 6, 1933 in Elwood, Indiana to Arnold and Hazel (Lineback) Reeder.  On April 8, 1955 he married Neita Beth Dell and she preceded him in death on June 15, 2000.Jesse retired from FMC in Tipton in 1987, then went to work for Renewed Performance Incorporated, retiring in 1999.  He was a member of the National Guard, American Legion Post in Tipton, and attended Beech Grove Missionary Baptist Church in Tipton.He is survived by his companion, Nan Payne; three daughters, Sindy Porter and the late Butch Porter, Scircleville, Sherrie Johnson and husband Dan, Elwood, Liz Scott and husband Steve, Goldsmith; two sons, Lee Payne and wife Donna, Atlanta, Rick Payne and wife Carmen, Tipton; 12 grandchildren, Rodny Porter and wife Jenny, Mindee Suite and husband Jared, David Zech and wife Beth, Dereck Zech, Brian Zech, Blake Johnson, Danny Johnson, Russ Johnson and wife Joene, Carey Miller and husband Greg, Jessi McCullough, Kirstin Payne and Kelsey Payne.He is also survived by 11 great-grand children, Christopher Zech, Jennifer Zech, Detrick Johnson, Olivia Johnson, Ayden Johnson, Brooke Johnson, Hope Johnson, Syruss Johnson, Teighlor Miller, Laney Miller, Madison Miller; one great-great-grandchild, Addison Miller; and one sister, Rosie Richards, Tipton.Jesse was preceded in death by Sandy Camden, one brother, Phillip Reeder; three sisters, Zella Grimes, Sarah Davis and Alberta ChurchHis funeral will be at 11:00 a.m. Saturday, July 23, at Young-Nichols Funeral Home with Rev. Cliff Kelly presiding.  Burial will follow in Fairview Cemetery with military services.  Visitation will be from 3:00-7:00 p.m. Friday at the funeral home.Memorial contributions may be made to "The Payne Gang", American Cancer Society Relay for Life, 2723 S. Albright Road, Kokomo, Indiana, 46902.
