Debra K. TurnerDebra K. Turner, 30, Windfall died at 9:40 p.m. Sunday, February 11, 2007 at St. Vincent Hospital in Indianapolis.  She was born in Peru, Indiana on August 30, 1976 to Leroy & Peggy (Birnell) Waddell.  Debra married Danny B. Turner on August 30, 1998, and he survives.Debra was a Certified Nursing Assistant at Tipton Hospital.  She graduated from Lewis Cass High School in 1994.  Debra loved fishing, riding motorcycles, the outdoors and spending time with her family.She is survived by her husband, Danny; son, Tommy Turner, at home; three step-sons, Danny Turner and wife Christy, Kokomo, Billy Turner, Kokomo, and Jacob Turner at home; two step-daughters, Alissha Turner, Greentown and Keisha Young, Windfall.Debra is also survived by her mother and step-father, Peggy and Daniel Cox, Texas, grandparents, Janet and Coleman Guy of Bunker Hill; two brothers, Michael Smith, Kokomo and Bradley Smith, Kokomo; two sisters, Teresa Smith, Kokomo and Carol Brown, California.Other survivors include step-brothers Joey Nelson, Georgia, Jamie Nelson, Kokomo, Steve Cox, Texas and Jason Cox, Windfall; step sisters Cathy Miller, Cicero and Tammy Raquet, Bunker Hill; grandchildren Christopher, Seth and Jeramy Turner; mother-in-law Carna Keown, Windfall, step-mother, Joann Waddell, Kokomo and sister-in-law, Elizabeth Keown, Greentown.  Debra was preceded in death by her father, Leroy and grandparents Alfred and Alma Weddell and father-in-law, Elder Keown.Funeral service will be at 2:00 p.m. Thursday, February 15, at Young-Nichols Funeral Home with Orval Jones presiding.  Visitation will be from 4:00-8:00 p.m. Wednesday  at the funeral home.  Burial will be at Brookside Cemetery, Windfall.
