Debra K. SmithDebra K. Smith, 48, Tipton died at 10:34 p.m. Tuesday, March 20, 2007 at Tipton Hospital.   She had been ill since October 2005. Debbie was born July 21, 1958 in Tipton to Don & Lenora (Lacy) Sandman.  On March 7, 1992 she married Joseph P. Smith and he survives.She was an insurance underwriter for Indiana Farmers Mutual Insurance Company for over 20 years.Debbie was a 1976 graduate of Tipton High School and was a member of Emanuel Lutheran Church in Tipton.She is survived by her husband Joe; seven daughters, Angela (Bartley) Stromberger, Brownsburg, Lora Bartley, Tipton, Starr (Eubank) Theobald, Tipton, Maiya Eubank, New York City, Jody Smith, Tipton, Elise Smith and Lorene Smith, both of San Diego, California; her mother, Lenora Boyd, Tipton; one brother, David Sandman, Sheridan; three grandchildren.She was preceded in death by her father, Don Sandman and her step-father, Gene Boyd.Her funeral will be at 10:00 a.m. Friday, March 23 at Young-Nichols Funeral Home with Rev. Kurt Gremel presiding.  Burial will be in Fairview Cemetery, Tipton.  Visitation will be from 4:00-8:00 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home.Memorial contributions may be made to the Emanuel Lutheran Church, 1385 S.
