Darrell W. MitchellDarrell W. Mitchell, 62, Windfall, died at 11:31 p.m. Thursday, November 23, 2006 at Howard Regional Health System.  He was born May 31, 1944 in Indianapolis to Kenneth Emmit & Fanny Agnes (Anderson) Mitchell.  He worked for the railroad as an engineer and conductor.He is survived by two daughters, Kim Davis and her husband Trent, Windfall, and Lori Sizemore and her fiancé, Douglas Barnes, Indianapolis; six grandchildren, Zachery Essex, Derrick Bares, Michael Mitchell, Trevor Davis, Taylor Davis and Jocelyn Smith; two sisters, Rebecca Leslie and her husband Richard, Indianapolis, and Margaret Neville, Kentucky; two brothers, Owen Mitchell and his wife Martha, Indianapolis and James Mitchell and his wife Elsie, Indianapolis; and his fiancée, Judy Wright, with whom he made his home.He was preceded in death by two sisters, Rachel Phillips and Jeanie Mitchell, and one brother, Frank Mitchell.His funeral will be at 11:00 a.m. Tuesday, November 28 at Young-Nichols Funeral Home and burial to follow in Brookside Cemetery, Windfall.  Visitation will be from 4:00-8:00 p.m. Monday at the funeral home.Memorial donations may be made to Relay for Life, P.O.
