Cynthia E. KellyCynthia E. Kelly, 92, formerly of Hobbs, died at 4:40 a.m. Sunday, January 13, 2008 at Miller's Merry Manor in Tipton.  She was born in Hobbs on October 9, 1915, to Melvin M. & Clara I. (Castor) Hobbs.She is survived by three daughters, Cynthia A. Noble and husband Ray, of Hobbs and Lake Wales, Florida, Andrea L. Elledge and husband Jerry of West Lafayette, and Candace K. Hobbs of Greenville, Ohio; three grandchildren, Tamera Noble Brown-Havens of Tipton, Mark E. Noble of Hobbs, and Jeffrey B. Elledge of Austin, Texas; seven great-grandchildren.She was preceded in death by her parents, an infant son, two grandchildren, Nathan K. Shiffler and Christina L. Shiffler, and three husbands.Private family services will be held.  Memorial contributions may be made to Southern Care Hospice, 2709 Albright Road, Kokomo, Indiana, 46902.
