Charles R. DunningCharles R. Dunning, 74, Atlanta, died at 11:55 p.m. Tuesday, April 17, 2007 at Riverview Hospital, Noblesville, after a battle with cancer and pheunonia.  He was born March 30, 1933 in Celina, Tennessee to Bee & Bertha (Head) Dunning.Charles is survived by his son, Michael Ray Dunning, Indianapolis. He was the beloved brother of Radford Dunning and his wife Martha, Tipton, and Ruth Basey and her husband Max, Atlanta.  He will be missed by his three nieces, Carolyn Brown of Indianapolis, LouAnn Cash and her husband Ray of Carmel, and Rita Smith and her husband Dave of Tipton, and his two nephews, Rex Dunning and his wife Charlene of Atlanta and Ron Dunning and his wife Jan of Dallas, Texas, and eleven great nieces and nephews.His funeral will be at 12:00 noon Saturday, April 21 at Young-Nichols Funeral Home with Rev. Rex Dunning presiding.  Burial will be in East Union Cemetery.  Visitation will be from 4:00-8:00 p.m. Friday at the funeral home.Memorial contributions may be made to Asera Care Hospice, 3905 Vincennes Road, Suite 504, Indianapolis, Indiana, 46268.The family would like to thank Charles' friends and caregivers at Miller's Merry Manor, Tipton, Riverview Hospital and Asera Care Hospice for their help and kindness.
