Charles L. ForsytheCharles L. Forsythe, 71 of Noblesville died at 6:00 p.m. Wednesday, October 25, 2006 at Riverview Hospital, Noblesville.  Charles was born on November 10, 1934 in Tyler, Missouri to Fredrick and Luna Mae (Wilson) Forsythe.Charles had been employed as the manager and was a member of the VFW in Bull Shoals, Arkansas, and served on the Bull Shoals City Council in the mid 90’s.  He was one of the founders of the Palm Sunday Memorial in Elkhart, IN.Survivors include 2 sons; Michael L. Forsythe, Richfield, CT; and Gary Forsythe, Ft. Worth, Texas; 1 daughter; Debbie Watters, Noblesville, IN.; 5 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren; 3 brothers, Jessie Forsythe, Pueblo, CO.; Fred Forsythe, Beaumont, Texas; and Hubert Hayes.  Charles was preceded in death by one son, Stephen G. Forsythe and 1 sister.No visitation is scheduled.  A memorial service in Arkansas is planned at a later date.Young-Nichols Funeral Home, Tipton is assisting with the arrangements.
