Carol Jean AndersonCarol Jean Anderson, 61 of Tipton died at 10:32 p.m. Friday, October 9, 2009 at Tipton Hospital after an illness of three weeks.  She was born November 30, 1947 in Frankfort to Daniel T.  & Delores M. (Rood) Anderson.Jean was a cashier at Marsh for over 35 years.  She was a graduate of Tipton High School in 1968 and belonged to the Moose Lodge and the American Legion.Survivors include two brothers and one sister, Danny Anderson and wife Julie, Kokomo, Sharon Anderson, Tipton, and Mike Anderson and wife Sandy, Tipton; several nieces and nephews.She was preceded in death by three brothers, Jerry, Larry and Jay Anderson, and one sister, Linda Payne.Her funeral will be at 10:00 a.m. Tuesday, October 13 at Young-Nichols Funeral Home with Rev. Harvey McDaniel presiding and burial to follow in Fairview Cemetery.  Visitation will be from 4:00-8:00 p.m. Monday at the funeral home.
