Brooklynn M. Hornbrook

Brooklynn M. Hornbrook, 2 of Kempton died Friday, September 21, 2012 at Riley Hospital for Children at Indiana University Health in Indianapolis. She was born September 15, 2010 in Carmel to Brittney M. Anderson and Benjamin L. Hornbrook.

She is survived by her mother, Brittney Anderson and Fiancée Kaleb Farlow, Kempton; father, Ben Hornbrook, Kokomo; one sister, Emma Hornbrook; grandparents Debra Oldham, Tipton, Greg Anderson, Elwood, Melody Smith, Kokomo, and Steve Hornbrook I, Paris, Illinois; two great-grandmothers, Isabel Oldham, Tipton and Mary White, Paris, Illinois; one great-grandfather, Bob Deaton, Waseca, Illinois.

Brooklynn is also survived by aunts and uncles Brian Culbertson and wife Bryndi, Tipton, Elisabeth Ellison and husband Dave, Tipton, Brandon Hornbrook, Paris, Illinois, Steven Hornbrook II, Paris Illinois, and Michelle Hornbrook, Paris, Illinois.

Her funeral will be at 11:00 a.m. Thursday, September 27, at Young-Nichols Funeral Home, Tipton with burial to will follow at Fairview Cemetery in Tipton. Visitation will be from 5:00 – 8:00 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.

Memorial donations may be made to the family through the funeral home to help with medical and funeral expenses.
