Beverly J. Trusty

Beverly J. Trusty, 84 of Kokomo died 2:22 a.m. on Friday, May 4, 2018 at her residence.  She was born in Howard County on February 14, 1934 to Harry & Thelma (Healton) Huse.  She married Arthur Trusty on April 20, 1957 and he preceded her in death on February 21, 2010.

Beverly was a stay-at-home mom and wife.  She was a member of the Judson Road Christian Church and enjoyed quilting, sewing and gardening.

Survivors include her children, Karen Trusty, Kokomo, Peggy Riebe and husband Bill, Kokomo, Anthony Trusty, Kokomo, Michael Trusty and wife Jennifer, Bunker Hill, Jeffrey Trusty, Indianapolis, Janet Kitts and Brett, Kokomo, John Trusty and wife Brenda, Kokomo.  Beverly is also survived by two sisters, Ethel Helton and husband Lester, Kokomo and Rita York and husband Alvin, Bunker Hill; 18 grandchildren and 24 great-grandchildren.

Beverly was preceded in death by two sons, Arthur Trusty, Jr. and Raymond Trusty; siblings Bill Huse, Jane Hartwell, Virgil Huse, Martha Smith and Wanda Metz.

Funeral services for Beverly will be at 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday, May 8 at Judson Road Christian Church, 2006 Judson Road, Kokomo, Indiana, 46901, with Pastor Gary Carpenter presiding.  Burial will be in Barnett Cemetery.  Visitation will be from 2:00 – 6:00 p.m. Monday at the church.
