A. Rena DavisA. Rena Davis, 82, Tipton, died at 10:15 a.m. Tuesday, March 24, 2009 in Helen Ellis Memorial Hospital in Tarpon Springs, Florida. She was born May 3, 1926 in Chicago to Ernest R. & Anna (Umlauf) Anderson.  On December 7, 1946 she married Ray Davis and he preceded her in death on December 6, 2007.Rena retired as a ward clerk from Tipton County Memorial Hospital and was a member of the Emanuel Lutheran Church in Tipton.Survivors include two daughters and two sons, Christine Isaacson and husband John, Chicago, Ted Davis and wife Julie, Arcadia, Mark Davis and wife Suzie, Brownsville, Texas and Lisa Mahan, Fishers; eight grandchildren, Bryan Richardson and wife Julie, Sean Davis and wife Ana, Cheryl Davis, Eric & Emma Mahan, Wesley, Mitch and Ashley Isaacson; one great-grandson, Alexander Davis.A memorial service will be held at 2:00 p.m. Sunday, March 29 at the Emanuel Lutheran Church, 1385 S. Main Street, Tipton, with Rev. Robb Roloff and Rev. Kurt Gremel presiding.  Burial will be in Zimmer Cemetery, Noblesville, at a later date.Memorial contributions may be made to the Emanuel Lutheran Church daycare or the American Heart Association, 3816 Paysphere Circle, Chicago, Illinois, 60674.Young-Nichols Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
