A. Caroline Kincaid, 87 of Noblesville and formerly of Cicero and Tipton, died at 10:40 a.m. on Friday, August 18, 2017 at IU Health Tipton Hospital. She was born on September 18, 1929 in Elwood, Indiana to Charles L. & Leona M. (Thornton) Sullivan. She married Raymond Keith “Doc” Kincaid, M.D. on January 12, 1980 and he preceded her in death on November 9, 2016.
Caroline was a homemaker. She was a member of Hobbs Christian Church, Order of Eastern Star, and Jackson Central cheerleader. Caroline was also a founding member of the “Bitch and Moan” club. She enjoyed spending her time cooking, taking trips to the casino with family and friends and sitting on the dock fishing with her great grandchildren. Caroline was fond of all her neighbors and enjoyed all the time she spent in the neighborhood with them.
She is survived by her children, Lori Peachey and husband Steven, Cicero, Robert Richardson and wife Sandy, London, Ohio; step-children, Cynthia Kincaid, Falls Church, Virginia, Suzanne Helmick and husband Patrick, Spartanburg, South Carolina, Barbara Kincaid, Falls Church, Virginia; eight grandchildren, Bryan Richardson and wife Julie, Andrew Richardson and wife Cameran, Dana Kincaid, Christian Travis and husband Ilie, Taryn Kincaid, Steven Peachey and wife Jessica, Aaron Richardson and wife Sarah, Whitney Kincaid and fiancé Ryan Strasser; 11 great-grandchildren; one daughter-in-law, Sandra Kincaid, Logansport. She was preceded in death by a son, Jeffrey Richardson, step-son, Keith Kincaid and a brother, Steve Tansy.
Caroline’s funeral will be at 12:00 Noon on Monday, August 21 at Young-Nichols Funeral Home with Rev. Andrea Leininger presiding. Burial will follow at the Arcadia Church of the Brethren Cemetery in Arcadia. Visitation will be Monday from 10:00 a.m. until time of service at the funeral home.
